EACH OF US ARE MIRROR OF EACH OTHER BEING POSITIVE EVEN WHEN THINGS ARE NOT GOING YOUR WAY CAN LIGHTEN THE WHOLE ROOM.

BEING IN TOUCH WITH THE SPIRIT

AVOIDING DEPRESSION TAKES FAITH, IN GOD.  PUT YOUR FAITH IN GODS LOVE AND THE FACT HE STILL HAS A PURPOSE FOR YOU AND YOUR LIFE.

SETTING GOALS

DON’T LET GOALS GET IN YOUR WAY OF FINDING JOY.

BEING POSITIVE EACH DAY IS A CHOICE

TO BE POSITIVE EACH DAY YOU START WITH GRATITUDE AND THEN JOY AND THANKFULNESS, AND BEFORE YOU KNOW IT BECOMES A HABIT… A HABIT THAT CHANGES YOUR LIFE AND BRAIN.

GRATITUDE – HOW DOES AFFECT US MENTALLY

NEW FLASH – BEING GRATEFUL NOT ONLY CHANGES OUR ATTITUDE IT CHANGES OUR BRAIN.

I DON’T HAVE TO FAKE IT

YES, IT IS GOOD TO PLAN BUT IT IS ALSO GOOD TO LET IT GO.  AS THE SONG SAYS, “DON’T WORRY BE HAPPY”.

WORRYING DOESN’T TAKE AWAY TOMORROW’S TROUBLES, IT TAKES AWAY TODAYS PEACE

YES IT IS GOOD TO PLANM, BUT IT IS ALSO GOOD TO LET IT GO. AS THE SONG SAYS, “DON’T WORRY BE HAPPY”
